My Shadow

A short illustrated poem that depicts a shadow who follows a young boy around for his entire life. The story is a metaphor for the darkness that lingers inside of people after they experience hardship. We all have our own shadows that drive us to do negative things sometimes, but you can learn to heal it and accept it into your life.
